Orginally two seperate companies, Sutton's Shoes was founded in 1952 by Norwood Sutton. His son Ken opened a men's apparel store The Men's Den  in 1972. Located in downtown LaGrange, North Carolina the two merged in 1992. We moved to our current location on Hwy 70 in 1996. Now a third generation business we still offer the same commitment to service, quality and value as we have for 56 years.

     Things change and so has our company. Rockport one of our biggest selling footwear lines was founded in 1973. As they have grown we have also, today offering the largest selection of Men's Rockport shoes in Eastern North Carolina. We also offer an extensive collection of Florsheim, Wolverine, Red Wing, Timberland, New Balance and Sperry shoes and boots.
