Shipping and Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. You MUST contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA) with instructions on how to return your item(s). Your account will be credited less shipping and handling charges. All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt payment in full including any applicable sales tax, shipping and handling fees. We charge a flat rate of $5.75 unlimited items per shipment this insures all items and covers them in case of loss or damage. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground to the Continental United States ONLY. Length of shipping time may vary depending on customers location, receipt of payment, and or carrier's delivery schedules.
